The purpose of the UUCB Healthy Relations Team (HeaRT) is to help the congregation live into the practice of its mission, vision, and behavioral covenant. We envision two parallel pathways toward this goal:
- Provide educational, skill-building programming to support members in
a. Understanding and practicing covenental behavior
b. Developing healthy practices regarding communication and boundaries - Be a resource to those in conflict and create opportunities to transform it through restorative practices.
Please consult the Conflict Resolution Policy if you are having a conflict or issue in the congregation. It will help you decide where you might go for help and support.
