First Sunday Workshops

“Poetry Share” with Kate Thorpe (Meeting Room): Bring a few poems (1-5) that you would like to share with the group – your own, or those of your favorite poets. You are encouraged, but not required, to choose poems relating to our Soul Matters theme of “faith”. Choose poems that move you – they will move us too!

“Faith in Each Other – Trust-based activities” with Tracy Hollands: (Chapel): Take part in meaningful and fun games and activities where we trust in each other’s help and support. Appropriate for adults, youth and children over age 5.

“Faith in Action – Making spring wreaths for nursing home residents” with Julie Boyd (Room 6-7): All ages are invited to make spring wreaths to brighten the doors of our neighbors in the Susquehanna Nursing Home.

“Faithful Conversations – Theology Panel” with Rev. Taylor (on zoom): Stay on the same zoom link from the worship service for an opportunity to engage with others on the topic of our diverse faiths and practices together. We will watch a “Theology Panel” video made in our congregation a few years back. Then we will be invited to join the conversation.
