Ever play Let’s Pretend? Ever visit the Kingdom of Make-Believe? Maybe when we were kids, but, we’re too old for that now… aren’t we? I certainly hope not. Grab your chalk, hop on the trolley, board the magic school bus – a better world and better lives are waiting for us. Rev. Craig Schwalenberg is an ordained UU minister raised in the Midwest, and transplanted to central, upstate New York (near the source of the Susquehanna.) After 15+ years serving as a parish minister and interim minister, he has started a new community ministry as Your Game Minister – sharing the fun and wisdom where spirituality and play cross paths. Rev. Craig’s ministry is one of connections, storytelling, hospitality, and games. He is an affiliated community minister with the Church of the Larger Fellowship. Rev. Craig has also been a member of the UU Trauma Response Ministry team for over a decade. Currently, he is finishing up a role-playing themed curriculum, “Building a Better World” – which will be released in May.
