I’ve always maintained that the various Personality Inventories (MBTI and Enneagram in particular) can be helpful for self-reflection but can also be limiting when interpreted as a static reality. Let us lean into Socrates’ age-old injunction: “To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.”
