Radical Creativity in Uncertain Times

Not everyone is convinced that the moral arc of the universe bends towards justice. Whether we are inclined to be sympathetic to the idea of inevitable progress or have a more ambivalent view of the universe, tough times can bring crippling doubt. Are we constrained to working toward justice only when we have this “faith” or can we learn to be creative regardless?

Alex Compton is a member of UUCB, but if you’re newer around here you might be saying, “Alex who?” Alex has been a bit preoccupied working on his MDiv at Lancaster Theological Seminary the past 3 years, but he and his partner Catherine are looking forward to being in their home congregation this summer.

We hope to see you in person! Our COVID policy has been suspended and masking is now optional.

UUCB Social Hour

You are invited to join the in-person social hour after the service. We also host a Zoom social hour then. In that session we will take a minute for any special announcements before doing our usual break-out rooms. Same Zoom information as for the service.
