My role as Commissioned Lay Minister has led me into another role: I’m now an Adjunct Consultant for our Central East Region. I will occasionally coach or facilitate congregational board meetings and retreats, help with conflict resolution, and assist congregations with specific needs. These consultations are done by contract with the congregation & our region. I was recruited and selected by CER staff, will be paid a stipend for my services, and join over 20 other Adjunct Consultants.
