[Staff] Microsoft Word / Zoom subscriptions

Ed Ware manages our MS subscriptions so I’ve copied him on this message. 

We get our zoom accounts through the UUA at a significant discount. We have one that Karen & I share for committee meetings. Unless you have very high demand for zoom, you could also use this. We all will have to be careful scheduling it.
