[Staff] Microsoft Word / Zoom subscriptions

Hello all,

I figured this was the best place to start questioning. I have been using
Binghamton universities Microsoft programs and Zoom account subscriptions.
These are expiring later this month and they are pretty crucial parts of my
workflow. I can just buy subscriptions with my professional expenses but I
was wondering if other staff used Microsoft programs for a group discount
or if it is feasible for me to have access to one of the
congregation's zoom accounts for FM meetings.
