[Staff] Heating Systems Update: We are back to using the backup systems in HOLD mode

Well, that experiment didn't last very long! This morning, all 3
WaterFurnace units went down with a Freeze Detect, which means that the
intake well was not able to supply water at a fast enough rate. So we will
go back to using a combination of the backup system and the GSHP system.
I'll touch things up when I come in this afternoon before choir but until
then, feel free use the override button to set the old system thermostats
to whatever temperature you need and use HOLD. The four backup system
thermostats are in the sanctuary, the office, the social hall, and the
nursery. Zones that you don't need can be left alone .. they will slowly
drop down to 60 degrees and then the backup system will kick in.

I have already restarted the WaterFurnace unit that covers the Fireside
Lobby and the Chapel. So far, that is running fine. As you recall, the
old system does not cover those spaces.

My plan is for us to go through the rest of this heating season this way.
The Dailey people are scheduled to come back this spring to do a more
long-duration treatment of the intake well. I'll report this incident to
them but I don't see it as affecting that plan.

Thanks for your patience,

Wes
