[Staff] Now running mostly on our backup heating system

Our GSHP system went down this morning. I'm pretty sure that this is due
to the same partial clogging of our intake well that we've seen in the
past. I came in this afternoon and set up the way we ran much of the last
heating season with most of the heating of the original building now being
done by our gas furnace backup system but with the Fireside Lobby and
Chapel continuing to be heated by our GSHP system. So far, this
combination is working fine .. I'll keep on monitoring it from home. Our
addition is heated by our ASHP system and is unaffected by this change.

So if you need to adjust the temperature in the original building (except
Fireside Lobby and Chapel), use the UP/DOWN override buttons located on the
old thermostats. There are four of them and they are located in the
office, the Social Hall, the nursery, and the Sanctuary. Do not use the
HOLD function unless you are doing an overnight sleep-over and then be sure
to release the HOLD when you're done.

I'll be reporting this problem to Dailey Geothermal later this evening.
Also, our GSHP Committee will discuss details of how best to proceed.
