[Staff] Reappearance of water dripping from the closet ceiling

My thanks to Ron, who notified me early this afternoon that we are again
experiencing water dripping from the ceiling in the chair/table storage
closet.  I went in with the intent of going up into the attic and tracking
down the source of the problem, which seems do-able if we "catch it in the
act".  However, by the time I got there, the rain had stopped and so had
the dripping.  So my request is:  If anyone notices this problem happening,
call me right away so that I can check it out while the dripping is in
progress.

This is a problem that we saw a few times in the past but, for some reason,
it did not occur anytime last year as far as I know.  It seems to require
an extended period of rain but that often happens without causing any
dripping.  Ed and I have been speculating that it may require the wind to
be blowing a certain way for the rain to get under, say, the flashing
around the chimney.
