[Staff] Currently running our backup heating system

Well, I stand corrected.  It is true that the kitchen is part of the old
heating system but not very adequately.  It is only served by a short
(about 3 feet) of baseboard that runs along the N end of the NW wall.  So
on a cold day, it can get chilly in there.  I don't think that any water
pipes would freeze, though, because there is that bit of baseboard plus
warmer air can circulate in from the cafe through the passthru window.  My
guess is that there was more baseboard along the N wall but that it was
removed during the renovation to accommodate the door to the outside.
