[Staff] Currently running our backup heating system

Hi Karen,

I'm puzzled by that and will investigate further once we get our GSHP
system back online.  At first, I thought it was simply a matter of opening
the supply louvers (in the ceiling) a bit more.  But I've done that and it
seems to have had no effect.
