[Staff] GSHP work tomorrow (Th, 8/22)

Tom completed all the treatment/flush work on the discharge well he had
planned and also worked a bit on the intake well.  We are leaving the GSHP
system off overnight to give the acid treatment more time to work.  The
GSHP system will be restarted tomorrow morning.  So before that is done,
some of the rooms may be a bit more chilly than usual because of the
somewhat low temperature tonight.
