You may have heard that there is an election this week.  The stakes are high.  We are being warned that the fate of our democracy hangs in the balance.  Law enforcement agents around the country are preparing for the possibility of violence.

Whatever the outcome, UUCB is offering us the opportunity to gather together on Wednesday, the day after the election, to share a meal and our feelings during this critical time.

We’re calling it the Post-election Potluck and invite you to bring a dish to pass, or a sandwich, or whatever you wish.  Also, please bring your own table service to minimize clean-up.

We’ll gather at 5 to eat, and then either celebrate or grieve the election outcome.  We’ll conclude by asking ourselves, “Where do we go from here?”
