**Price includes a custodial fee of $100 for weddings.
*Maintenance Fee: If group is serving food/drinks (and not renting kitchen)

$0 members/ $25 all others (over 3 hours)
*This fee is waived if renting kitchen
*Groups fitting all of the following criteria may be charged non-profit rates:
1. Spiritual, cultural or educational in nature, or support group.
2. In keeping with the principles of UUCB.
3. Must not charge a membership or participation fee.
*Groups with five or more UUCB members may apply to the Board for official “affinity status” and use the building rent-free. However, if there’s a charge to participants to attend that group, they must pay $2/person up to the going rate of the room they’re using.
*UUCB reserves the right to relocate non-profit groups using the Fireside Room if
1) UUCB needs the room, or
2) a group wants to rent the room for the regular rate.
*Those renting the Sanctuary for wedding ceremonies or musical events will be permitted one additional use of the sanctuary (3 hours maximum) on a date preceding the event at no extra charge.
*A wedding reservation, accompanied by a 50 percent deposit, cannot be bumped for any subsequent requests for space use.
*Wedding rental fee for the Sanctuary does not include payment to the officiating minister, which is negotiated separately.
