UUCB Environmental Task Force

In the spring of 2007 an ad hoc committee called the "Environmental Task Force" was created to investigate how UUCB and the larger community might best move towards environmental sustainability. One of the main work items accomplished by that group was an energy audit of our building. The Environmental Task Force issued its final report in June 2007. One major recommendation in that report was for our congregation to work towards Green Sanctuary accreditation as a way of focusing our transition to sustainability.
