Do you know about the UU Leadership Institute?

Take advantage of these excellent courses offered by our CERG (Central East Regional Group) staff and clergy.  The spring semester begins tomorrow, January 22 – sign up soon, and take the classes online at your convenience throughout the spring.  You can take the classes on your own, or ideally as part of a team.  If more than one congregation in our cluster gets a team together to take any given course, our CERG staff person will help to organize a Saturday in-person session so that participants can exchange ideas, insights and experiences.  This spring, classes will be offered on a variety of topics at the heart of congregational life, from healthy leadership and healthy membership to stewardship, outreach and growth, intercultural skills, theology and history.  Each 8-session course costs only $30, and the Leadership Development and Resource Committee (LDR) has scholarship monies available to support your participation.  Please check the website at http://www.uuinstitute.org/ for course descriptions and more information, or contact Debby Herman or any member of LDR (ldr@uubinghamton.org).
